What is FOO?

It is a brand new term,  uniquely created to describe the unique Istana villas on Phuket’s beautiful Naithon Beach.

“FOO for thought” is not a typesetting mistake, but rather our attempt to find a phrase that captures the very essence of these nineteen stunning villas, each created to its own unique design.

FOO literally stands for Feeling Of Opulence and that is exactly the guiding principle we’ve applied in creating every facet of this fabulous lifestyle development. For every aspect of Istana we continually asked ourselves…. does it deliver FOO…the Feeling Of Opulence?

Only if the answer was “yes” has it then become a part of this extraordinary endeavour.

The word “Istana” is a Sanskrit term meaning “palace” and that is what we set out to build for each and every owner. We have applied the power of FOO to bring forth just nineteen exclusive residential palaces, where each owner can enjoy an opulent and palatial lifestyle.
