Our initial vision for Istana Phuket started with the purchase of a 24-acre parcel of land covered in old-growth trees with panoramic sea views overlooking amazing Naithon Beach, Thailand. The vision continued with the creation of 19 huge plots ranging from 1,324m² to 3,527m², taking full advantage of the land’s natural topography to maximise sea views and guarantee total privacy and abundant living spaces.
The Istana Phuket vision became even clearer with the selection of world renowned architect Gary Fell who immediately understood our wish to create Asia’s most exclusive villa development – one that doesn’t just stand out because of its architecture and interior design, but one that is distinctive in the way it is organically integrated into the natural landscape.
